Decorate your home with floral magic using the delicate, ethereal beauty of these hand-crafted floral drifts. Each length contains a unique selection of dried flowers and/or seedheads chosen to perfectly compliment each other. As always, all natural ingredients are sourced here in Britain, with some being cut and dried right here at Green Feather HQ in Tilehurst. Ingredients may differ from those pictured as we are led by nature, but if you have specific requirements bespoke pieces can be made from £75.
Available as single 1 metre lengths or as asymmetric branch installations.
Floral Drifts
Floral drifts are lightweight being made of dried natural materials and thin wire, so can be hung from simple household fixings such as nails, screws and picture hooks (fixings not included). Each length has excess wire at the end which can simply be twisted round your chosen fixing.
More abundant installations of multiple drifts mounted on branches are available (as pictured). These have 2 twine or wire loops attached to simply hook over your fixing points. We advise using screws to secure branches as they are heavier.
Beautiful in natural light, but for longevity position out of direct sunlight. Prolonged sun exposure will bleach colours and make flower and seed heads brittle and even more delicate to the touch. Ensure conditions are dry.
Think carefully about where to position your drifts. Although they will tolerate a bit of repositioning, these are delicate items that require gentle, minimal handling. In the right conditions you will enjoy these beauties for years to come.
